What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute the overall business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with key clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Interface.ai.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to develop and launch new products and solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, industry influencers, and decision-makers.
- Represent Interface.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our brand and generate new business leads.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Develop and manage the business development team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve team objectives.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in business development or strategic partnerships, preferably within the technology or AI industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share through strategic partnerships and new business development.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex deals with enterprise-level clients and partners.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, AI technologies, and emerging trends in the industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
Compensation
- Compensation is expected to be between $250,000 and $300,000 OTE. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location and there is a variable compensation component.
