What You'll Do:
- Design Excellence: Lead the civil engineering process for our clients, utilizing your knowledge of site design, planning, stormwater management, construction, and zoning regulations.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, contributing to business growth through master planning and site development.
- Project Leadership: Prepare comprehensive proposals, project schedules, and client correspondence while creating design sketches, layouts, and construction documents using Civil 3D and AutoCAD software.
- Expert Guidance: Assist clients with selecting professional services, preparing municipal applications, and navigating the permit and approval processes.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior staff and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain alignment with project goals.

What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Licensure: Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of engineering principles, site planning, zoning, grading, drainage, utilities, and compliance with MIOSHA/OSHA guidelines.
- Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with a keen eye for detail in design documentation.
