InterFuze is seeking a Logistician supporting the Logistics & Mission Support division located in Fredericksburg, VA.
The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities:
- Warehouse organization
- Inventory
- Processing and testing PPE gear
- Calibration of serialized equipment
- Staging palletized equipment
- Shipping and receiving
- Travel for this position will be required 10% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1 year of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in warehouse and field environments
Required Certifications (Can be obtained within 6 months following hire date):
- IFSAC/ProBoard Hazardous Material Awareness
- IFSAC/ProBoard Hazadous Material Operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in conducting thorough equipment inventories
- Knowledge and experience in operating and maintaining CBRN/HazMat equipment
- Experience in maneuvering warehouse equipment, to include forklift, pallet jack, rolling staircase, strapping and banding kits, and weight scales for both pallets and packages
- Experience in performing depot level maintenance on various gas detection equipment
- Required Certifications within 6 months of hire:
- FEMA IS-5: Introduction to Hazardous Materials (On-Line)
- FEMA IS-100: Introduction to Incident Command System (On-Line)
- FEMA IS-200: ICS for Single Action Resources and Intial Action Incidents (On-Line)
- FEMA IS-700: Introduction to the National Incident Management System (On-Line)
- FEMA IS-800: Introduction to the National Response Framework (On-Line)
- MSA Altair 5X Multi-Gas Detector, Care and Use (On-Line)
- MSA Millennium CBRN Gas Mask, Care and Use (On-Line)
Additional Qualifications:
- This position requires the ability to obtain and/or maintain an active U.S. security clearance upon hire date, which requires U.S. citizenship.
