Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategies that underpin our success. In this role, you’ll lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting efforts across our three operating brands. Our Director of Financial Planning & Analysis enjoys excellent benefits, including:

As a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Lead all external and internal financial reporting, including performance metrics and franchise sales reporting.
- Direct budgeting and forecasting for multiple business units, ensuring timely and precise insights for senior management.
- Manage bank covenant and board reporting schedules and deliverables.
- Serve as the system administrator for FP&A software, providing expertise and support to end users.
- Identify risks and opportunities, assisting business units with decision-driving analytics.
- Support acquisition processes and review major business capital requests.
- Collaborate with IT on integration strategies and oversee key system projects related to accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Work with franchise owners to develop their new business plans.
To excel as our Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years in an analytical financial role within a complex corporate or divisional environment.
- Expertise in financial modeling, cash management, and strategic planning within the healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial systems (Prophix and NetSuite experience preferred).
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting software.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
