Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, intake/output, and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Minnesota.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- 6 months of CNA experience in a healthcare facility (preferred, but not required).
