Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Interim HealthCare Duluth. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, group homes, and hospitals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, intake/output, and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions to ensure timely interventions
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in Minnesota
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months of CNA experience in a healthcare facility (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
