Salary and Benefits
- We offer competitive pay rates, with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $840 per week.
- You will also receive shift differentials, ranging from $26.25 to $28.25 per hour, depending on your schedule.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to patients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, blood glucose levels, intake/output, and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Observe and report any changes in patient conditions to prevent complications and ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Minnesota is required.
- You should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of experience as a CNA in a healthcare facility is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also required.
