We are currently seeking a skilled Home Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will work closely with our experienced nursing professionals to provide personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, intake/output, and maintain accurate records
- Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in Minnesota
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months of CNA experience in a healthcare facility (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset
