We Serve Staffing Partners Across the Sioux Falls, Brookings, Yankton, Mitchell, Watertown, Aberdeen, Pierre, Sioux City, and Other Rural Locations.
Job Duties:
- Provide PRN and/or Contract Staffing Services in Long-Term Care Facilities and Assisted Living Settings
- Care for Seniors and Individuals with Illnesses, Injuries, or Chronic Diseases
- Assist with Daily Activities Such as Bathing, Toileting, Dressing, Grooming, Hygiene, Nail/Skin Care, Eating, and Nutritional Intake
- Ambulate and Transfer Patients as Needed
- Monitor Vitals, Measure Intake/Output, Check Blood Glucose, and Document Any Changes
- Collaborate with Facility Staff to Ensure Patient Care Plans Are Followed and Notify Supervisors of Issues Requiring a Change in Care or Medication

Requirements:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification within South Dakota or Ability to Apply for Reciprocity/Endorsement
- Maintain Required Certification and Associated Standards
- Experience Preferred; Must Be 18 Years of Age
