From Mitchell to Marion, Yankton to Irene, Wakonda and Beresford, from Sioux Falls to Brandon and Brookings, we are Interim Healthcare!
Job Duties May Include :
PRN, Self-Schedulingand / or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and / or Assisted Living Settings
Nursing care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease
Aide with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail / skin care, eating and nutritional intake
Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
Check vitals, measure intake / output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed
Work with a team of nurse aides and / or medication aides to ensure a patients care plan is followed
Observe patient and notify facility supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
Other nursing responsibilities, as needed

Experience :
Active LPN License within South Dakota, or reciprocity / multi-state eligibility
Maintains required certification(s)
