Responsibilities:
As a Home Health CNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the health, safety, and emotional needs of our clients.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active CNA Certification in Colorado
- CPR Certification
- Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and/or Reliable Transportation
- Ability to Lift 50 lbs
- Compassionate Nature and excellent communication skills
