We're seeking experienced Registered Nurses who want to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives. Your role will involve providing one-on-one care to patients with illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases.
You'll work collaboratively with physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides providing patient care. Examine patients, assess their progress, document changes, and report back to physicians. Educate patients on their treatment plans, prescribed medications, therapy, diet, and exercise. Ensure goals are met and coordinate discharge from services.
