As a Home Health RN, you'll be responsible for examining patients, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to physicians. You'll also educate patients on their plan of care, medication, therapy, diet, and exercise, as well as coach family members on patient care, medication, and home safety.
Nurse Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- At least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance
