As a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor with Interim HealthCare Home Health and Hospice, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in providing exceptional hospice care services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hospice division, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You will establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice care services that meet quality standards and contribute to the organization's philosophy. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Active license to practice as an RN in the state(s) in which patient care is provided
- One (1) - two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years preferred
- One (1) year of hospice or related health care organization experience managing caregivers within the last five (5) years (preferred)
