Are you a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Healthcare Sales Professional to join our Hospice division at Interim Healthcare West Michigan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for marketing our hospice services to potential referral sources and increasing hospice referral volumes and market share within your designated service area.
Key responsibilities of this role include establishing and maintaining contacts and relationships with referral sources, preparing and conducting presentations to prospective clients, and implementing account development strategies to sell and secure growth in account market share with large complex referral and payer organizations.
You will use customer relationship management system to track and report on activity as well as monitor account development status and plan next steps; reviews reports and activity with supervisor on a regular basis. In conjunction with the Business Development Manager, you will establish and monitor the process to track all referral activity, including sources and disposition.
As a Healthcare Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of healthcare professionals and organizations, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare providers. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with these stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that our hospice services meet their needs and expectations.
