About the Role
- Participate in ongoing interdisciplinary assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Act at the direction of the treating physical therapist and in accordance with the plan of care.
- Provide services ordered by physicians as indicated in the plan of care.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a physical therapist assistant in the state of Michigan.
- Two years of experience as a physical therapist assistant within the last five years.
- Active CPR certification.
