We are seeking a highly motivated Hospice Growth Specialist to join our team at Interim HealthCare Home Health and Hospice. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our hospice services to potential referral sources and increasing hospice referral volumes and market share within your designated service area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase hospice referral volumes and market share within your designated service area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including Assisted Living Facilities, physician practices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community resources, and other appropriate community resources.
- Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective clients to promote our hospice services.
Requirements:
- Prior medical, hospice, or home care sales experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject or equivalent years of training and work experience.
- Two to three (2-3) years of successful sales experience with comparable customers, preferably healthcare services are preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the company.
Salary Range:
- $50k - $150k annually (no cap on commission).
