Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day hospice operations
• Evaluate care provided to ensure it meets established policies and procedures
• Ensure adequate supervision of hospice employees
• Provide ongoing education on regulations, guidelines, and standards of practice

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in the state(s) where patient care is provided
• One to two years of experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven years
• Hospice or related healthcare organization experience managing caregivers (preferred)
