This Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor role oversees hospice operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will establish, implement, and evaluate goals for hospice care services that meet quality standards and contribute to the organization's philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hospice operations, including screening, hiring, and education of employees
- Evaluate care provided to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, as well as accepted standards of clinical practice
- Provide adequate supervision and access to qualified staff during all hours of operation
You will also assist in budget preparation, administer strategic goals, and oversee maintenance of patient records and statistics.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in the state(s) where patient care is provided
- 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse within the last 7 years (preferred)
- 1 year of hospice or related healthcare experience managing caregivers within the last 5 years (preferred)
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and car insurance
