Role and Responsibilities
As a Home Health LPN, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers personalized care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include taking patient vitals, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to the RN supervisor.
Nursing Requirements
- A licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan.
- At least one year of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
