Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient physical status and psycho-social status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure equipment, supplies, and necessary items are available
Requirements:
- RN/LPN with active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan
- At least one year of relevant experience as an RN or LPN
- Current CPR Certification
