Nursing Operations Director Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor in Hospice. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and establishing goals and objectives for hospice care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee hospice employees to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement processes to provide ongoing education and training to hospice employees
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Active license to practice as an RN in the state(s) in which patient care is provided
- One (1) - two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years preferred
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $85k-$110k annually and a comprehensive benefits package.
