As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to an illness or injury
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary home health team focused on the patient's plan of care and personal goals
- Assessing patient deficits, establishing therapy goals, and documenting progress
