A Typical Day as a Home Health RN
- Visit patients in their homes, conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Document progress, report changes to physicians, and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
- At least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
