Job Overview
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Interim HealthCare Home Health and Hospice, you will be responsible for promoting a safe environment and maintaining unobstructed pathways while providing care. This includes assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, nail, and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, etc. You will also assist with ambulation, transfers, and/or range of motion exercises, follow the assignment sheet/service plan performing only tasks that are assigned, and recognize, report, and record/document changes in patient/client condition and safety to the supervisor.
