As a member of our interdisciplinary home health team, you'll collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, PTs, and OTs to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Program and active SLP license in Michigan
- Minimum one year of experience as an SLP, preferably in home health
- Excellent clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care
