Job Description
We are seeking a skilled RN to provide home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases. Your responsibilities will include examining patients, assessing their condition, documenting progress, and reporting changes to their physician. You will also educate patients on their plan of care, prescribed medication, therapy, diet, and exercise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan
- At least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance
