Sales Representative (Hospice Division)
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to market our hospice services to potential referral sources and increase hospice referral volumes and market share within their designated service area.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including Assisted Living Facilities, physician practices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community resources, and other appropriate community resources
- Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective clients
- Develop account growth strategies to sell and secure growth in account market share with large complex referral and payer organizations
- Track and report on activity using a customer relationship management system, monitoring account development status and planning next steps
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to establish and monitor referral activity, including sources and disposition
- Meet with operational managers to monitor customer service levels and review target accounts
Requirements
- Prior medical, hospice, or home care sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject or equivalent years of training and work experience
- Two to three years of successful sales experience with comparable customers, preferably healthcare services
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the company
- Familiarity with hospice, home healthcare services, referral sources, and payers
- Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and valid auto insurance
