What You Will Do: As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate patients and their families on the plan of care and safety practices. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in the field.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess a graduate degree in speech-language pathology and be licensed to practice in Michigan. You should also have at least one year of experience as an SLP, with good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous home health experience is preferred.
