- Follow a designated care plan to meet each patient's unique needs
- Perform various duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to our RN
- Ensure accurate documentation of observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current LPN license in the State of Texas
- Current CPR Certification
- Updated PPD Test results
- At least one year of experience in healthcare, preferably in home care, home health, hospital, or long-term care settings
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
