The responsibilities of this position include following designated care plans, administering medications, performing wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to our RN.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have an active license in the State of Texas, current CPR Certification, and an updated PPD Test. Previous experience in healthcare, particularly in home care or hospital settings, is preferred.
