Schedule and Benefits

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical status and psychosocial needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, attending physician, and patient/family.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
- An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of South Carolina or compact multi-state license.
- Twelve months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five years.
- One year of hospice care experience preferred.
Salary : $80,000
