**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Med Surg professional. The ideal candidate will have experience in home healthcare, Med/Surg, or Critical Care, and be able to work autonomously with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based care to patients with various health conditions.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to physicians.
- Educate patients on their care plan, medication, therapy, diet, and exercise.
- Support family members in understanding the patient's care plan, medication, and home safety.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited RN program.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare, Med/Surg, or Critical Care.
