Private Duty RN
Monday through Friday 1pm-8pm
Kingston, NH
$40.00 per hour
Per Diem
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide private-duty one on one nursing care for a patient in their home. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a care team and have a strong understanding of the nursing process. You could be the one to make a difference in this patient's life!
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
- Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
- Catheter care
This assignment has a special pay rate of $46.00 hour that is valid for 1 year from the date of your first shift.

Job Requirements
- Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New Hampshire
- One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
- Home care experience preferred
- Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
- Administering and managing G-tube feedings and medications according to the patient's care plan.
- Promptly responding to and managing seizures or other medical emergencies.
