Interim HealthCare of New Hampshire is currently in search of a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This pivotal role involves providing exceptional support to two children in their daily routine, ensuring they have a smooth start to their school day and assisting with after-school hours as needed 

Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements 
Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
Home care experience preferred
Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
