Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible per diem opportunities in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Bellevue, WA.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders and within scope of practice.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and provide comfort care in accordance with each patient's individualized care plan.
- Document assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient record.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct routine patient screenings and assessments, such as TB screening.
- Demonstrate compassion and patience when working with patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details:
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) focused on providing high-quality long-term and short-term patient care.
- Location: Bellevue, WA.
- Contract Type: Per Diem (flexible shifts).
- Shift Schedule: Night shifts available, with options for additional shifts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
- Licensure: Current unrestricted LPN license in WA state.
- Certification: Current BLS certification required.
- Experience: SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
- Two positive work references.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work in a smoke-free, drug-free environment; non-smoker preferred.
