Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Bellevue, WA. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
About the Job:
This is a per diem opportunity for flexible shifts, including night shifts, with options for additional shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Medications and Treatments: Administer medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders and within your scope as an LPN.
- Assist with Daily Living Activities: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide comfort care in accordance with each patient's care plan.
- Document Patient Information: Document assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient record.
- Care Planning: Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individualized patient care plans.
- Patient Screening and Assessments: Conduct routine patient screenings and assessments, such as TB screening.
- Compassionate Care: Demonstrate compassion and patience when working with patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Current unrestricted LPN license in WA state.
- Certification: Current BLS certification required.
- Experience: SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
- Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent required; Two positive work references; Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
