Pay & Benefits:

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in a facility setting

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating

Monitor vital signs and patient condition

Collaborate with nursing staff to support individualized care

Maintain accurate records and report any changes in patient status
Requirements:

Active CNA Certification in Minnesota

High school diploma or equivalent
-
At least six months of experience in a nursing facility preferred

Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented mindset
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
