- Hourly pay ranges between $18 and $20 per hour, DOE.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients in facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and private duty homecare.
- Work with a team of physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care.
- Help with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose, document changes.
- Observe patients and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication, or equipment.
What we seek in our Certified Nursing Assistants:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification.
- Three years of CNA experience preferred, but not required.
- CPR/First Aid certification required.
- Med-Tech certification preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
- Compassionate nature, good communicator, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
