Key Responsibilities
• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Monitor vital signs and document any changes
• Assist with medication administration and monitoring
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with disabilities
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Six months to one year of experience working with intellectually and physically disabled individuals preferred
• Knowledge of Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations preferred
• Compassionate nature and strong communication skills essential
