Your Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to patients in group homes, nursing homes, and personal care homes
Provide assistance with daily living tasks, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake
Ensure patient safety by monitoring vital signs, documenting changes, and notifying supervisors as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; required
Valid driver's license and driving record; required
CPR and first aid certification; required
Previous experience working with intellectually and physically disabled individuals; preferred
Knowledge of Office of Developmental Program (ODP); preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
