As a Direct Support Professional DSP at Interim HealthCare, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to patients in need. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as preparing meals and administering medication. You will also assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises, and document any changes in patient condition.Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver's license and good driving record are also necessary. CPR and First Aid certification are required, as well as six months to one year of experience working with intellectually and physically disabled individuals. Knowledge of Office of Developmental Program (ODP) and a compassionate nature are preferred.Benefits:
