Benefits of Working as a Home Care Aide/Caregiver
- Location: General Scranton Area
- Pay Rate: Up to $17 per hour, Weekly Pay
- Scheduling: Day and Evening hours available; weekends required
- Aide-to-Client Ratio: 1:1

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to seniors to help them live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document clients' conditions, notifying supervisors of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
Requirements for Home Care Aides/Caregivers
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: One year of relative experience preferred
- Certification: CPR certification required
- Driver's License: Valid PA driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation preferred
- Personal Qualities: Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
