Benefits include:
- Client location: General Scranton Area
- Starting rate of $14 per hour, Weekly Pay
- Day and Evening hours open; weekends required
- 1:1 Aide-to-client ratio

Your responsibilities as a Home Care Aide (HCA) / Caregiver will include:
- Providing personalized care and support for seniors to live safely at home
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Supporting clients with mobility, transfers, and exercise routines
- Monitoring medication reminders, documenting conditions, and reporting concerns to supervisors
- Maintaining a safe living environment with clear pathways
- Encouraging clients to engage in enjoyable activities like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
Requirements for success in this role include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; required
- One year of relevant experience; preferred
- CPR certification; necessary
- Valid PA driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation; preferred
- A caring attitude, effective communication, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
