Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals in group homes, nursing facilities, and personal care homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
- Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels
- Document any changes or concerns and notify supervisors as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and driving record required
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Previous experience working with intellectually and physically disabled individuals preferred
- Knowledge of Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) preferred
