School Based Personal Care Aide PCA
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Based Personal Care Aide PCA to join our team. The successful candidate will work with physically/mentally disabled children, providing hands-on personal care and support in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Follow school policies and procedures
- Assist clients in keeping on task in the classroom
- Redirect when necessary to prevent disruption
- Assist with bathroom duties as needed
- Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
- Report observations or concerns to Interim supervisor
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 6 months experience in relative field preferred
- Reliable transportation essential
- Willingness to undergo Pre-Employment Screenings
