Job Summary
Interim HealthCare of NEPA is seeking a skilled Personal Support Assistant to provide care and support to students with special needs in a school setting. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to students with special needs
- Assist with educational and therapeutic activities
- Report changes in student condition and observations to Interim supervisor
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and goals
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months experience in relative field (behavioral health, pediatrics, etc.)
- CPR and First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
Benefits:
- $22 per hour
- $50 quarterly bonuses (up to $200 annually)
- Transportation and mandatory in-services at $18 per hour
