School/Club Van Driver

Job Details:
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Area of Coverage: Lackawanna County
- Hourly Rate: Up to $17 per hour
- Typical Hours: Monday to Friday between 1 pm and 4 pm
The Van Driver will be responsible for transporting students from school to extra-curricular activities while ensuring their safety and well-being. They will also oversee various activities at designated venues, promoting a positive and engaging experience for the children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a van, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport children, following all relevant safety and security protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized van, including regular cleaning and sanitizing.
- Provide assistance to children as needed, helping with their belongings and ensuring their safe arrival.
- Develop and maintain a supportive environment for all children.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other support personnel to meet the needs of all children.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving a van or similar vehicle.
- Experience working with children, preferably in childcare or educational settings.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and camp activities.
- Strong communication skills with children and adults.
