School Based Personal Care Aide PCA

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care and report changes in the client's condition.
- Perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathroom duties if needed.
- Ensure the child's safety and prevent harm to others.
- Redirect when necessary due to disruptions.
- Report observations or concerns to Interim supervisors.
Key Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Six (6) months experience in relative fields such as behavioral health or pediatrics preferred.
- CPR and First Aid Certificate preferred.
- Reliable transportation necessary.
- Will to undergo Pre-Employment Screenings required.

Assignment Details:
- $22 per hour pay rate with quarterly bonuses up to $200 annually.

- Holiday, weekend, snow day, vacation, and summer off times without pay.
