- Delivering personal care and support services to patients in group homes and other settings
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Helping with mobility and transferring patients safely
- Monitoring patient health and reporting any changes to supervisors
- Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of ODP policies and procedures preferred
- Compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and physical stamina required
